St.Geneve regular weight duvets are guaranteed for a period of 10 years to be warm enough, or St.Geneve will add down at no charge, provided that the duvet has been reasonably cared for and that a duvet cover has been used at all times.

Pillows

St.Geneve luxury style pillows are guaranteed 5 years against any defect in materials and/or workmanship, provided that the pillow has been reasonably cared for and that a pillow protector has been used at all times.

Imperial Hotel pillows are guaranteed 2 years against any defect in materials and/or workmanship, provided that the pillow has been reasonably cared for and a pillow protector has been used at all times.

St.Geneve cushion form style pillows and Daunlon pillows are guaranteed 2 years against any defect in materials and/or workmanship, provided that the pillow has been reasonably cared for and a pillow protector has been used at all times.

All guarantees are void if labels are removed.
